Current System Analysis
In order to understand the current system we have analyized data obtained from TOFAŞ. We have determined the symptoms and complaints of the problem.

Mathematical Model
We have delevoped a mathematical model which gives the optimal schedule for product replanishment by minimizing the inventory cost. So far we have solved our mathematical model in GAMS. For our mathematical model, the following constraints are in our concern.

Simulation model
It has four main phases;

Arrival of big and small trucks that are sent from suppliers at TOFAŞ

Controlling availability of Unloading Area

Unloading process and carrying operations to the warehouse with Forklift1 / Forklift2 / Forklift3

Disposing cases from the system to be used in manufacturing area
This model simulates the material flow from arrival to the beginning of the production line. Also forklift motions and inventory level of products can be obtained from the model.
